    Leigh's journey in the construction industry began as a structural engineer, progressing through roles in Site and Project Management before establishing the business in 2022. His extensive experience and professional growth have been instrumental in shaping and advancing the company to its current state.

    Leigh plays a pivotal role in implementing structures and processes, which include overseeing Design & project analysis, programming, administration, and reporting to ensure the successful realization of project objectives. With over a decade of hands-on experience, Leigh offers invaluable support and leadership to the Construction team. His expertise extends to building highly effective project teams, prioritizing client needs, fostering creativity, and assembling professionals to collaboratively solve challenges, all aimed at achieving the best results.

    FOUNDER / DIRECTOR

    John’s responsibilities encompass steering the commercial success of the organization. In addition he is a seasoned and dynamic Construction Manager with a wealth of expertise. Leveraging his background in structural engineering and a comprehensive understanding cultivated from overseeing the construction of numerous high-profile service stations throughout Victoria, he excels in coordinating logistics and managing stakeholders effectively.

    In his role, John diligently supervises all project sites, ensuring adherence to stringent quality and safety standards. His strong, well-regarded leadership style is a testament to his past accomplishments and an impressive portfolio featuring complex and logistically demanding projects.
